About Me

Not only am I a longtime resident (since 1977) who is proud to represent both buyers and sellers of beach and outlying properties as a local licensed Realtor, I am also proud to have contributed an amount of civic volunteerism nearly unequaled in our community. Randi a Boston transplant since 1999 has been representing real estate clients since 1999. She also has a wonderful community presence active in school, sports and civic organizations.

For over 20 years, I owned and operated a successful transportation business. In 2000 I retired from that business to become actively involved in educating the general public and training other Realtors about the dynamic and fast paced world of residential real estate.

With over 30 years of combined experience, we have successfully closed and have been involved in hundreds of transactions. We have represented homes priced from the hundreds of thousands to the multi-million dollar range throughout Los Angeles County. As a result, our negotiation skills are our hallmark. Very few realtors have the vast knowledge we share as it relates to the areas we represent.

Several ties to numerous nonprofit and governmental agencies in the South Bay area provide us with a great insight we can share with buyers so they can make a highly educated decision about the neighborhood they choose to purchase their new home in. Randi and I are sitting Commissioners in the City of Manhattan Beach.

All of our clients know that when they get advice from us we are always thinking about their long-term goals because we plan on representing them for life, no matter how many moves they make.
